The Just Move program is a collaborative effort between Human Resources and The Hawley Armory Fitness and Wellness Center. It is a physical activity campaign that began in May. The program is designed to motivate you to engage in physical activity by providing you with support and tips during your journey.

Just Move knows that sometimes it isn’t motivation, it’s just finding the time. There are no meetings to attend, all you have to do is register and turn in your monthly activity log to participate. You can join anytime throughout the program.

Just Move is for anyone, anytime, anywhere, on any campus!

The UConn Health Center has run a successful Just Move program as part of their Know Better Place campaign since 2008.
